Features may include:
  • Drive Motor

CLARK 100% AC design drive motors are fully enclosed with no brushes to change reducing operating costs. The enclosed motors also keep out dust and contaminants, extending the life of the unit. The motor has thermal protection built in which will reduce travel speed to protect the motor from high temperatures or burning out.

Electromagnetic Brakes

With no master cylinder, no seals, and no hydraulic fluids, the electromagnetic brakes on the SSX are practically maintenance-free, with no leaks or need to replace components. The brakes will also engage when the handle is in the upright or down position, providing excellent operator safety. Additionally, the parking brake automatically engages when the truck comes to a rest, eliminating the chance of roll back on inclines.

Operator Handle

The ergonomically-designed handle was created with the operator in mind. The high-strength plastic protects against impact damage, and all of the key functionality is within easy reach without needing a second hand.

Hydraulic System

The integral power pack on the SSX includes the pump motor, hydraulic tank, and valve, which keeps the system compact and reduces service requirements.
